Change is an undeniable fundamental in the corporate world. Every individual tackles change in a different way, at a different pace. It’s like a platoon of cyclists trying to reach the top, being challenged by diverging beliefs, habits and personalities.
It’s a matter of involving all parties and joining forces.

The change is changing
Anno 2019. Todays’ VUCA-world challenges disrupt our way of working . Business models are under pressure, margins shrink and further optimization of efficiency is reaching its limits. Organisations need to transform at high speed whilst a lot of the people show (change) fatigue.
Transforming your company in a sustainable way is very time-, money- and energy consuming . Success is not granted: only +/- 30% of change efforts are effective. We see 1 big improvement area: the involvement of the people who have to deal with the change.
This is not an easy one. Different people, different speed. Some prefer to give up. Others are tired in no time. Another one wants to go faster, whilst the rest of the team still needs to get trained. On top everyone has his personality, habits & beliefs.
The peloton is as fast as the slowest cyclist. But in the end, there is no bigger motivation than reaching the peak together!
